Massage Therapist BSc, MFHT

Steve has a wealth of experience working within the Health and Fitness industry as a Sports Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor. Prior to completing his BSc Degree in Sport and Exercise Science he competed as a national standard middle-distance athlete for Gloucester Athletics Club.

He is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Pre and Post Natal Instructor and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. Steve has particular interest in Trigger Point Therapy and specialises in Myofascial Release. These techniques focus on alleviating tension, restrictions and adhesions with the aim of lengthening connective tissue surrounding our large muscle groups restoring balance, function and range of movement.

Charlotte McGlone

Chartered Physiotherapist, BSc (Hons) MCSP MHCPC (PH 92432)

Charlotte qualified with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from Bristol UWE in 2009 and has since worked in both NHS and the private sector, specialising as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She has worked with a wide range of clients including clients who have experienced trauma and may require orthopaedic input, others who have chronic pain, Army Reserve recruits and track and field athletes.

As a keen runner herself, Charlotte is a member of Gloucester Athletics Club and is affiliated to England Athletics. She has a strong interest in working with athletes and is well placed to help maintain training loads, aid injury prevention and manage rehabilitation.

Sarah

Sarah Green

Chartered Physiotherapist, MSc MCSP MHCPC (PH 105265)

Sarah (Green) is a musculoskeletal specialist who enjoys treating patients of all ages and has a special interest in treating and rehabilitating shoulder injuries.

Since qualifying as a physiotherapist in 2014 from Teesside University- having previously attained a BSc (Hons) in Equine and Human Sports Science - Sarah has worked both in the NHS and private sectors. A keen horsewoman herself, Sarah has provided physiotherapy for elite level riders, ensuring they remain injury free and able to compete at the highest level.
